I was actually going to have a joke in one of my fanfics where Twilight explains that through "experiments" (that she doesn't go into detail about, but it's implied to be looking at something highly suggestive or sexual), she has proven that wingboners are physically and scientifically impossible. Later (when people have forgotten about that part), Rainbow Dash walks up to her in a suggestive outfit and spouts off a hurricane of innuendos (she's doing it to troll Twilight, just to be clear). Cue wingboner from Twilight. Twilight's response to this? "Dammit, Rainbow..."
